The petitioner seeks bail in Baheri P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 123 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, informants suspects that the business partner Langra and some unknown persons killed his son. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on his own confession before the police. On suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as this petitioner has got some property dispute with the deceased. Petitioner is own brother of deceased and informant is non else than father of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge XI, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.
