Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh, learned AC to AAG-13 for the State is present. Petitioner in the present case is seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) For quashing of order dated 15.2.2011 and 16.9.11 passed in Case No.-169 of 2010 (Satish Kumar Mishra v/s The State of Bihar & Ors) by ONE MAN COMMITTEE headed by Hon'ble Uday Sinha J(Retd.) by which Hon'ble COMMITTEE has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

(b) For commanding the respondent to reinstate the petitioner on the post on which he was working before termination of his service.

(III) For payment of salary and other consequential benefits to the petitioner from the date of termination from service to till the date of reinstatement on the post on which he was working. (IV) And/or any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper."

Learned counsel for the State submits that the present case would be covered by the order of this Court passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.20703 of 2011(3) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 CWJC No.9953 of 2011 and CWJC No.16036 of 2011 on 13.02.2023.

Since no one appears for the petitioner to press this writ application, it is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) arvind/- U
