The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.08.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37147 of 2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.1174C of 2012 as in the fifth paragraph, of the order inadvertently, "learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah" has been recorded in stead of " learned Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition. In view of the aforesaid, let in the fifth paragraph of the order dated 19.08.2015 "learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah " be read as " the learned Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44401 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran".

The order dated 19.08.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
