The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Section 392of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that on 19.06.2024 at around 8:00 A.M., two unknown bike-borne miscreants stopped informant during group collection. They looted his bag containing Rs. 74,550/- a tab, bank documents, and bike keys before fleeing towards Samachak.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner, namely, Uttam Kumar is in custody since 07-01-2025, having nine criminal antecedents, whereas petitioner, namely, Gautam Ram, is in custody since 09-032025, having nine criminal antecedents. 5.
It has been further submitted by the petitioners' counsel that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners have transpired during investigation merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners were not put on T.I. Parade.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners. 7.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteeen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to the following conditions: (I) One of the bailors shall be own/close member of the family of the petitioners.
(II) The petitioners shall appear on each and every date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the Trial Court will have liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
