2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 460 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sujeet Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is not involved in the alleged offence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

No.42917 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
