ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kargahar (Sirhi) P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353, 323, 427, 186, 188, 171 (c) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that a general and omnibus allegation has been leveled against several persons including the petitioners, most of them have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44544 of 2015 (3) dt.19-01-2016 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Sirhi) P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
