Petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No.96 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399,402, 414, 468, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2018 having clean antecedents. It is alleged that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in view clean antecedents of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60043 of 2018 (3) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 8th, Motihari, in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.96 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
