====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-06-2021 A supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein correct Ladaniya P.S.Case No. 149 of 2019 which has wrongly been typed in the bail petition.

Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the informant had gone alongwith the petitioner and later on the informant was reported that her husband has sustained injuries. When she was carrying her husband to her house he died on the way. Thereafter, suspicion was raised against the petitioner.

Submission is that besides suspicion there is no other material nor anyone claims to have seen the occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3318 of 2021(4) dt.24-06-2021 2/2 case is already complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ladaniya P.S.Case No. 149 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
