2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 134 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a minor girl has been ravished by the petitioner who was her teacher in a coaching.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 12.04.2023. The victim has supported the prosecution case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
