Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case no. 230 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, all the FIR named accused persons killed the daughter of the informant, namely, Ranjana Devi and disappeared her dead body secretly.

No.1536 of 2021(4) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is husband and has been falsely implicated in this case. Investigation of the case is still going on and chargesheet has not been submitted as yet. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail and submitted that petitioner is husband and is fully responsible to maintain and care his wife and siblings. It si not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to him and, as such, his application for bail is rejected.
