The sole petitioner, who is named as one of the main accused with specific accusation of firing, which caused injury on the stomach of the father of the informant, has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No.49/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 452/ 354/307 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a/27 of the Arms Act, Sections 3/ 4 POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(x) of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes( Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34553 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 earlier from the petitioner's side an F.I.R. was lodged and on retaliation, the present F.I.R. has falsely been lodged. On perusal of the F.I.R. itself, it is evident that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail since there is specific accusation of firing against the petitioner.

The petition stands dismissed.
