3. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, regarding the nature of relief being essentially a
Patna High Court CWJC No.21472 of 2011(7) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 policy matter; and the declaration of the Preliminary Test (for short 'PT') result, in the meanwhile, which are not denied or disputed by petitioner's counsel, nothing survives in the writ application.
4. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
