The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.138 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the F.I.R., where there is an allegation that a young lady having been murdered in a case for demand of dowry, this court does not find it a fit case for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is dismissed.
