2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ application with liberty to pursue the matter before the departmental authorities.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If the petitioner approaches the authorities concerned,
