The petitioners seek bail in Jadia P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that informant along with his father and other relatives had gone to his Sasural for Bidaigiri of his wife. It is further alleged that petitioners refused for Bidaigiri of wife of the informant and started doing hot discussion. The petitioner No. 1 caught hold the neck of father of the informant and pushed him down on the ground. Thereafter both the petitioners after coming over the father of the informant assaulted him brutally with fists and slaps on

Case diary has been received.
Post mortem report is available in the case diary wherein the Doctor has opined the cause of death on account of CR failure due to asphyxia caused by smothering. The post mortem report supports the allegation against the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
