2. The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 23.02.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4400 of 2025 and further seeking extension of time for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated in the earlier order, and therefore, prays for grant of further extension of time for the said purpose.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45375 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the present modification application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted four weeks' further time from today to surrender before the court concerned and furnish bail bonds.

6. The order dated 23.02.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4400 of 2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
