ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is the Gotani of the deceased lady and is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also the first cousin sister of the deceased who had been opposing the love marriage between the deceased and her husband Diwakar Mandal and, therefore, there was an animosity existent between them and it is for the said reason, that her name was brought into the present case.
