However, the present application has been filed on the ground that other co-accused on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner has come, has already been released on bail and the petitioner is in custody 24.10.2016.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46992 of 2017 (3) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 rejected, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible and the Superintendent of Police is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses of this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
