2. The direction was to consider the grievance of the petitioner while passing speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of the order dated 24.01.2022. Whereas, the order has been passed on 18.04.2022 certain amount has been released to that effect further supplementary has been filed in producing calculation sheet. It is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Such disputed issue cannot be adjudicated in
Patna High Court MJC No.1346 of 2022(4) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 contempt petition.
3. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 1346 of 2022 stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the Annexure-A read with the calculation in appropriate proceedings.
