The petitioner seeks bail in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 420/392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unidentified persons hired the car of informant and thereafter, when the car reached near Shiv Mandir Nahar at Daudnagar Bar Road, both the strangers pushed the informant on back seat and on the point of pistol, threw him out of the car after snatching his mobile phone and fled away with the car. The informant anyhow reached Daudnagar and informed about the incident to owner of the car.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation. The looted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52287 of 2021(3) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 car was recovered in unclaimed condition at Kochas and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020.
