JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant. It further appears that F.I.R. is of 2015 and petitioner is named in the F.I.R but he has surrendered in the court below in the year 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact the petitioner was witness in S.T. No.255 of 2002 in which the brother of the informant has been convicted and due to that present case has been lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.278 of 2015.
