This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59460 of 2018 by this Court by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, but they failed to surrender within the time. The time to surrender is extended by further three weeks.

Accordingly, the order dated 08.10.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
