The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P. S. Case No. 312 of 2019, dated 31.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 333, 337, 338, 341, 323, 353, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Most of the accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail. Two of such accused persons, namely, Ranjit Sharma and Mithilesh Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30364 of 2020.
The petitioners are also stated to be persons of clean antecedents.
Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Vaishali, in connection with
