2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation in respect of the sole petitioner before the authority concerned, in light of the law
Patna High Court CWJC No.10302 of 2024(2) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Amresh Kumar Singh & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2023) 2 PLJR (SC) 423 and the recent judgment dated 28.06.2024 of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court passed in CWJC No. 18727 of 2017 (Kamlanand Thakur Vs. The State of Bihar) and other analogous matters.
3. The Authority concerned is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision to redress the grievance of the petitioner, in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Amaresh Kumar Singh (supra) within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.
4. With the above observations/directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
