BAJANTHRI) 11-07-2023 The present application for modification of the order dated 09.03.2022 is impermissible, for the reasons that once the writ petition is disposed of, if any portion of the order is required to be corrected, in that event, the one and only remedy is filing Civil Review petition. Modification of the order is permissible insofar as any clerical/typographical error in the order. Whereas the petitioners' grievance is for modification of last paragraph at page 5 to the writ petition to the extent that senior counsel has not made any such submission. If it is so, the one and only remedy available to the petitioner is to file Civil Review petition so as to ascertain from the other side whether such submission was made or not.
