The petitioner seeks bail in Bahera P. S. Case No. 232 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 326(A), 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence this petitioner along with other accused persons as named in the written report threw acid on the face of the informant and his other family members on account of which five persons sustained burn injury with acid. All the injured were taken to DMCH.

Learned APP, after looking into the case diary, has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52424 of 2018(3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 submitted that all the persons have sustained acid burn injury on their person. The doctor has found injuries on the chest , face and other vital parts of the injured.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may renew prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
