Patna High Court CWJC No.14902 of 2006 dt.23-04-2018 In the present writ petition, the petitioner has claimed for the following reliefs: (i) For grant of Junior Selection Grade with effect from May, 1985 though he has been granted the benefit from September, 1985 (ii) Claim has been made that he should be given the Senior Selection Grade with effect from 1.5.1989. (iii) Prayer has been made for traveling allowance and (iv) made a prayer for grant of scale for post of Director as he has discharged the duty of Director with effect from 31.1.1992 to 31.12.2000. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the statement made in paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit wherein it has been mentioned that original record of the petitioner is not available in the office and in absence of the same respondents are facing difficulty in redressing the issue raised by the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the concerned respondent authority claiming the benefit as he has claimed in the writ petition and respondents authorities are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
