JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 07-12-2016 The petitioners have sought review of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 22nd of August, 2008 whereby, the Letters Patent Appeal against the order passed by the learned Single Bench was dismissed.

The Bench has recorded that after 17 years, the State Government has recognized the institution in question on 16th of March, 2007 including the period in question in the writ application. In view of the said fact, the Letters Patent Appeal was dismissed.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.218 of 2008 dt.07-12-2016 2/2 We do not find any error apparent on record which may warrant review of the order passed by the Division Bench. The Review application is, thus, dismissed.
