Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3, duly sworn in by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Darbhanga, stating that the victim girl has been recovered and at present, she has solemnized marriage with the accused person, Md. Wakil. He next submits that the victim girl is minor and the marriage cannot be solemnized.

Taking into consideration the fact that the grievance

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.230 of 2021(4) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 of the petitioner, regarding recovery of the abducted girl, has been redressed, and the challenge to the validity of the marriage raised by the petitioner cannot be gone into in the present proceeding, this application is dismissed.
