ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2017 in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.310 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that there is case and counter case between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.310 of 2017.
