It is informed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/s that the action has already been taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner as would appear from Letter No. 118 dated 26.05.2020 and subsequent to that, the petitioner had also filed representation before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.16021 of 2021(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran at Motihari on 30.12.2020. He submitted that action would have been taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner during the pendency of the present writ petition.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner has already represented before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no. 5) on 30.12.2020, the respondent no. 5, if he has not already disposed the representation till date, is directed to dispose the same forthwith in accordance with law, in light of the communication contained in Letter No. 118 dated 26.05.2020.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
