JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 318 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/ 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2023. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that because of the land dispute, the petitioner and others have assaulted the

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Barh, District-Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 318 of 2022.
