JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-01-2015 This Court is not required to interfere with Annexure11 series when a clear and categorical finding emerges therefrom about the authenticity of the institution from where the so-called teachers training degree has been obtained. The petitioners cannot succeed by inference. If the institution is authentic and it has valid recognition then the Court fails to understand as to why impeccable evidence was not brought on record even at this stage by these petitioners with the writ application. Circumstances do not establish authenticity or existence of the institution especially when clear and categorical affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State that when the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2557 of 2014 dt.27-01-2015 2/2 authorities of the Education Department made physical enquiry, they could not locate and discover the institution and nobody could certify its existence.

With this kind of controversies, this Court is not required to hold in favour of the petitioners or their so-called degree obtained from the institution they supposedly pursued their education.

Writ application is dismissed.
