The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. case No.183 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 332, 333, 307, 353, 379, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Samastipur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
