Petitioner apprehends their arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.46 of 2023, registered for the offences 341, 323, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateBhagalpur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a quashing petition is filed for the quashing of the present FIR and interim protection has been granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as such he does not wants to press this anticipatory
