Accordingly, he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if it requires in future. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP are also present.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
