2. The present application has been preferred: invoking your lordships inherent jurisdiction for Modification of the order dated 21.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46490 of 2025 passed by this Court in which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 424 'C' of 2022 registered U/Ss 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 498 (A), 494, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 1⁄4 of the D.P. Act, to the satisfaction of learned the Sub Divisional Judicial
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42747 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/3 Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Court has been directed to the Petitioner, "he would like to economically support them by paying Rs.
4000/- to the lady and Rs. 1,000 each to the two children (totaling Rs. 6000/-)" which shall be paid to her by tenth of every month and failure to do so, the lady shall be free to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond, if relief is granted".
3. The relief was granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 46490 of 2025 and it was recorded that the petitioner will be supporting the wife and the two children and Rs. 6,000/- was to be paid to her in her bank account.
4. Now, the present modification petition has been filed submitting that actually the lady is not blessed with any child, a fact endorsed by the opposite party no. 2, Samjeera Devi who is represented in the Court.
5. However, she submits that in this present situation, Rs. 4,000/- is a very meager amount and as such, if possible, it be increased to Rs. 5,000/-.
6. In that background, the modification petition is allowed, the paragraph nos. 5 and 7 of the order dated 21.01.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 46490 of 2025 (Manoj Kumar @ Manoj Prasad vs. State & Anr.) is modified to the following extent:

No.42747 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 3/3 submits that he wanted to keep his wife with full dignity and honor, the same could not materialize, since they are living separately, he would like to economically support her by paying Rs. 5,000/- to the lady which shall be paid to her by tenth of every month and failure to do so, the lady shall be free to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond, if relief is granted.

Considering the submissions of the parties and in view of the fact that the mediation has failed, this petitioner do not have criminal antecedent, is ready to pay the aforesaid Rs. 5,000/- amount to the family, in that background, this Court is inclined to grant him the anticipatory bail with conditions.
7. Further, in paragraph 3, it has been informed that wrongly, the Complaint Case was typed in the plaint as Complaint Case No. 424C of 2024 instead of 424C of 2022.
8. Accordingly, the said paragraph no. 3 also stands modified and the complaint case be read as Complaint Case No. 424C of 2022.
