The limited grievance of the petitioners is non-payment of salary from 02.03.2010 to 09.08.2010.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that from the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, it is obvious that the amounts due to the petitioners have been concluded, but not paid due to financial

Having submitted so, it is also submitted that one communication dated 31.12.2022, bearing Memo No. 2402, was recently received by the petitioners on 08.02.2023, calling upon the petitioners to submit their bank account details to facilitate payment of their dues. The letter has been written with reference to the instant writ proceedings, and copy of the letter has been handed to the Court and is being retained in the records. It appears from the said communication that the Authority is now proceeding for the payment of admitted dues to the petitioners. In view thereof, this Court does not propose to keep the writ application pending. The Court, however, would observe that the process initiated, by virtue of communication dated 31.12.2022, is required to be concluded expeditiously by ensuring payment of the admitted dues, along with calculation chart showing details of calculation, not later than three (3) months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
