The petitioner has filed a complaint against the Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat, Kukudha, Block-Itadhi in the district of Buxar charging them with financial irregularities in installation of the solar lights. The grievance is that although a complaint in this regard has been filed before the District Magistrate, copy of which is placed at Annexure-1 and was served on 26.2.2015, yet it remains pending. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Buxar to consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15648 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 complaint of the petitioner placed at Annexure-1 and dispose of the same in accordance with law but only after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the Panchayat Secretary as well as the Mukhiya.

An expeditious disposal preferably within six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order would be appreciated.
