Mr. Subhash Kumar Jha, learned counsel submits that he has been instructed by Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha, learned counsel on record for the petitioner to withdraw the case as he has already approached the Committee set up by the Hon'ble Supreme Court looking into the matter of colleges taken over in the 4th phase by the State Government. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object.
