JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 The learned senior counsel for the petitioners, at the outset seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 28.12.2019, passed by the Circle Officer, Sheikhpura, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 06 of 2019-20, by

Patna High Court CWJC No.11134 of 2022(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 filing appropriate appeals. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeals are filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the Appellate Authority on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation and till the passing of the final order on the appeals to be filed by the petitioners, no coercive action shall be taken.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
