JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is progressing and out of six witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and only I.O. and the Doctor remained to be examined.

In view of the submission made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the case. Permission is granted with direction to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas to ensure that the official witnesses who are yet to be examined must get examined within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

In the event, if the official witnesses are not examined within the period aforesaid, serious view would be taken against the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas.
