1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, it is next submitted that petitioner initially was informant of the present case, wherein, he had alleged that on 20.01.2021, he went to the shop of Saurabh where an altercation took place in which Saurabh shot him causing injury on his thigh, it is next submitted that police, after investigation, found the allegations against Saurabh to be false and implicated the petitioner alleging that the injury suffered by the informant was self inflicted and thus was made

4. Learned counsel next submits that it is not in dispute that the petitioner as informant had received gun shot injury but the police mechanically investigated the case and implicated the informant in the case, as such, the informant as petitioner has moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
