JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 The respondents have filed a supplementary counter affidavit stating that the grievance of the petitioner has been more or less redressed inasmuch as the promotion granted earlier to the petitioner on the post of Bihar Education Service Grade-II w.e.f. 1.1.1997 has been revised vide notification dated 3.10.2007 pursuant to the meeting of the departmental promotion committee held on 9.4.2007.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present writ petition and in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the said
Patna High Court CWJC No.14340 of 2006 (4) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 notification dated 3.10.2007, then he may challenge the same. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
