In representative capacity the writ application is filed for upgradation of Rajyakrit Madhiyamik Vidyalaya Murli Bharahawan to full-fledged high school under Gaunaha block in the district of West Champaran. It is submitted that the respondents have resolved to further upgrade the school into a high school but the same has not till date been done or implemented.

I have heard the parties. In my view, the ends of justice shall be subserved if the petitioner is granting liberty to ventilate the

If any such representation is filed, I am sure the same shall receive due consideration and disposal at the earliest preferably within two months from the date of filing/presentation. Let it be recorded, the court has not recorded any opinion on the merit of the case.
