In this case, the petitioner is claiming that he has provided diesel and petrol during the Panchayat Election, 2006 as he is running a patrol pump, but he has not been paid the amount. 3.

Instead of asking the State to file counter affidavit in the matter, this court directs the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16702 of 2015 dt.14-02-2017 2/2 examine the case of the petitioner and settle the dispute and release the admitted dues which the petitioner is entitled to. 4.

For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, who will be obliged to examine the representation of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to admitted dues, the same will be paid to him without unnecessary delay. While deciding the representation of the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad will examine the letter No.753 dated 11.08.2009 issued by the Block Development Officer, whereby he has verified the vouchers submitted by the petitioner. The entire exercise will be completed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
