The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') against the judgment and order dated 25.06.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna in Appeal No. 138 of 2018, by which the order dated 28.04.2018, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna in JJB Case No. 30 of 2018, dismissing the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been upheld and the appeal dismissed.

3. Learned APP pointed out to the Court that the bail has been refused both by the Juvenile Justice Board as well as Appellate Court on cogent grounds which are permissible under the Act and it has been noted that it was for the own safety and security of the Juvenile i.e., the petitioner, that he be not released.

4. Having perused the order of the Juvenile Justice Board and the appellate order, the Court finds the same to be well discussed and well reasoned which does not require any interference by this Court.
