2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with the present case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. There is recovery of 58.140 litres of illicit liquor. The petitioners are in jail since 07.05.2024 and have clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned court below in connection with Khawaspur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 subject to the condition that:- (I). The petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

(ii). The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance at Rani Talab (Kanpa) Police Station on first and third Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
