JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Petitioner has filed the instant writ application for a direction to the respondents to accept joining of the petitioner on the post of Block Teacher in Middle School Girls Nayagaon, East Block Dumri Katsari, Sheohar.
On behalf of the respondent a stand has been taken in the counter affidavit that the petitioner's joining was accepted. In view of the above, the present writ application has become infructuous after joining of the petitioner. The relevant statement in the counter affidavit at para8 which is quoted below:- "8. That in view of the said fact, it is very much clear that present writ application has
