No. 227 of 2015 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 18.07.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to heavy rain on 18.07.2016, counsel for the petitioner could not attend the court when the case was taken up. Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, let Cr. Rev. No. 227 of 2015 be restored to its original file. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
